We only receive personal data through the contact form for the purpose of responding to your enquiry.
In the event of any discrepancy in interpretation, the Spanish version is the reference version.
2. Purpose of the website
The purpose of this website is to provide information about INACO, its products, services and activities, and to provide a means of contact for individuals or organisations wishing to request information.

INACO only collects personal data that users voluntarily provide through the contact form.
- Name.
- Email address.
- Company, when provided.
- Information entered by the user in the message field.
No special categories of personal data are requested through this form.
4. Purpose of processing
The information provided will be used exclusively to:
- Respond to the enquiry or request submitted.
- Contact the user in connection with that enquiry.
- Where appropriate, prepare information or a commercial proposal requested by the data subject.

Providers that supply INACO with services necessary for the operation of the website, hosting, email or IT maintenance may have access to the data, acting where applicable as data processors. The contact form is technically processed through Formspree, which may process submitted data on INACO’s behalf in order to receive, store and deliver enquiries. Data may also be disclosed where there is a legal obligation to do so.
8. International transfers
INACO will not carry out international data transfers unless a technology provider used for hosting, email or other services entails such transfers.
In that case, the safeguards required by the applicable data protection legislation will be applied.
Formspree states that, in its role as a data processor, it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses as a safeguard mechanism for international transfers where applicable.

Where applicable, data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability.
To exercise these rights, you may contact inaco@inacocanarias.com, stating your request and providing only such information as is necessary to verify your identity where this is required.
